As the founder and director of PRO Therapy, Inc., John Twomey is a Licensed Physical Therapist with over thirty years of experience in rehabilitation. PRO Therapy was established in April 2001, with one goal: Commitment to a personalized, hands-on approach to physical therapy. When not in the clinic, or giving educational talks, John enjoys spending time with his family on the lake, in the desert, riding horses, and exploring in his RV.
David Grubbs, PT, DPT, AT, OCS
Originally from the East Coast, David chose to be a part of PRO Therapy in Lake Havasu City to have the opportunity to invest in his patients and the community. David received his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. With more than eight years of experience as a Physical Therapist and four years as an Athletic Trainer, he is very adept in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription. Bridget Jaynes, PTA
After her experience with her own shoulder surgery and post-operative physical therapy, Bridget decided to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy Assisting at Mohave Community College after she graduated from Lake Havasu High School. Following graduation from the PTA Program in 2019, she worked in Kingman at Banner Health Physical Therapy for three years before she joined PRO Therapy. She is excited to grow in her field while helping her patients and the Lake Havasu community that she loves. When not at work, she spends her time with family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors: hiking, fishing, camping, playing softball, enjoying the lake or riding quads.
Mariah Anderson, PTA
Mariah grew up in Lake Havasu City. She always wanted a career in the medical field and had a heart for exercise so the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Mohave Community College made the most sense for her. After graduating with her degree in 2015, she took a job in Bullhead City practicing there for four years before she moved back to Lake Havasu to be closer to family. Mariah not only helps our patients here at PRO Therapy, she also helps the Lake Havasu City community doing home health care physical therapy. When not at work, you can find Mariah at the gym, boating on the lake or off-roading with her family.
Alyssa Zuccala, PTA
Alyssa is from our town, Lake Havasu City. She came to work for PRO Therapy because she wanted to do something she loved in her own hometown. After attending Mohave Community College in 2019, she earned her Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Alyssa has five years of experience in this profession and would say that the most enjoyable part of the job is being able to see her patients’ progress. Seeing people feel better before leaving the clinic makes her happy while having fun meeting all types of new people and their stories along the way. When not treating patients, Alyssa enjoys being out with her friends, playing with her dogs, or out at the beach when the weather is nice.
Sol Morales, PTA
Sol originally is from Bahia Blanc, Argentina! She and her family moved to our wonderful town in 2011. Earning her Associates degree in Applied Science from Mohave Community College, Sol has put in a years work into this profession and has happily joined the PRO Therapy team. Sol says the most interesting thing about this profession is seeing her patient’s progress and feel better. Sol also has a NASM certificate for being a personal trainer, so she loves teaching her patients how to safely move their bodies and the importance of doing so. When Sol is not in the office or helping others with their well-being, she is spending time outside with her husband and their dog Frankie.
