Nicole Stehly, PT, DPT

Originally from Northern Minnesota, Nicole ended up at PRO Therapy in Lake Havasu City by a random leap of faith trying to escape the cold. She wanted to work in a location where she could make an impact in the community and had time to develop meaningful relationships with her patients. Nicole received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Mary in Bismark, ND. With more than four years of experience as a Physical Therapist, she has found that she enjoys working with the geriatric population and has a special interest in balance disorders, Parkinson’s disease, and assisting patients following a stroke or other neurological disorders. When not treating patients, Nicole enjoys staying active- she is a regular at the gym and loves being outside, biking, hiking, running, and being on the water.

Bridget Jacobs, PTA

After her experience with her own shoulder surgery and post-operative physical therapy, Bridget decided to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy Assisting at Mohave Community College after she graduated from Lake Havasu High School. Following graduation from the PTA Program in 2019, she worked in Kingman at Banner Health Physical Therapy for three years before she joined PRO Therapy. She is excited to grow in her field while helping her patients and the Lake Havasu community that she loves. When not at work, she spends her time with family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors: hiking, fishing, camping, playing softball, enjoying the lake or riding quads.

Mariah Goodell, PTA

Mariah moved to Lake Havasu City five years ago to attend Mohave Community College for the Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Not only was she an exemplary student in the top tier of her class, she was also the recipient of the Catherine Fitzgerald Award for Class of 2022. After graduating and receiving her license from the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy, Mariah joined the team at PRO Therapy. When not at work, Mariah spends a lot of time with her family. She really enjoys playing volleyball or basketball with her sister.

Mariah Anderson, PTA

Mariah grew up in Lake Havasu City. She always wanted a career in the medical field and had a heart for exercise so the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Mohave Community College made the most sense for her. After graduating with her degree in 2015, she took a job in Bullhead City practicing there for four years before she moved back to Lake Havasu to be closer to family. Mariah not only helps our patients here at PRO Therapy, she also helps the Lake Havasu City community doing home health care physical therapy. When not at work, you can find Mariah at the gym, boating on the lake or off-roading with her family.

Kitrina Roberts Cooper, PTA

Kitrina has been a Physical Therapist Assistant in Lake Havasu City for over 10 years with most of her experience being in acute care, skilled nursing and home health. She received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Baker College of Flint in Michigan in 2010. Kitrina chose to pursue a career in Physical Therapy after her father received a heart transplant. She saw this as the best way to give back to others for the gift of having her father. She was blessed to have him an additional 13 years before he passed. Prior to her career as a PTA, she served four years in The United States Navy. Now, when not at work, you can find Kitrina enjoying motorcycle rides with her husband, hiking or spending time with her husband and son.
