John Twomey, P.T.
C.E.O./Director

           The founder and director of PRO Therapy, Inc is John Twomey, a Licensed Physical Therapist with over twenty years experience in rehabilitation.  PRO Therapy, Inc. was established in April 2001, with one goal, “Commitment to a more personalized, hands on approach to physical therapy”.  The patients and their physicians deserve this kind of service to achieve the results they desire.

Jessica Huss, P.T., DPT
Director of Aquatics Program

          Jessica’s specialty is Aquatic Physical Therapy. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Arizona School of Health Sciences and has worked in outpatient and aquatic physical therapy since 2003.

Mike Davenport, P.T., DPT
Physical Therapist

          Mike received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2009.  Mike's approach to physical therapy is to allow the best research-based evidence, the best clinical evidence, and patient preference to guide the course of treatment.

Kadeen Mansor, P.T., DPT
Physical Therapist

         After four years in the Air Force Kadeen attended University of Toledo, in his hometown, Ohio.  Then he went to Northern Arizona University and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009.  He and Mike Davenport were in the same program!  Kadeen's approach to treatment is using the physics of movement to direct patient exercise.

Physical Therapist Assistant

          Matt graduated from the very first Physical Therapist Assistant class at Mohave Community College.  We got to know Matt last year when he was assigned to our office for his clinical rotation while a student at MCC.

Carri B.
Vice President of Public Relations/Patient Representative

           
Carri, an Arizona native, has lived in Lake Havasu City for over 18 years. She has worked in the medical field for over 25 years, with most of her time spent in various Physical Therapy settings. She has worked at PRO Therapy since January 2004. One of her primary responsibilities is ensuring high patient and physician satisfaction.

Tiffany P.
Physical Therapy Technician

           Tiffany relocated to Lake Havasu City to live closer to her family. She worked for four years in a large physical therapy
clinic in Southern California and has experience in both front and back office.

Sarah L.
Physical Therapy Technician

           Sarah moved from North Dakota to Lake Havasu City in September of 2008 after graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. She became interested in physical therapy after a knee injury in 2003.  Her goal is to earn her Physical Therapy Assistant Degree.

Paula S.
Physical Therapy Technician

             
Paula became a permanent resident of Lake Havasu City in 2001 after many years of spending summers here.  Paula assists Jessica with our Aquatic Program.  She has previous experience working as a Water Safety Instructor, an Aquatic Exercise Instructor, Youth Swim Teacher, lifeguard, and is SCUBA Certified.  Paula also likes to kayak.

Jill K.
Vice President of Administration

           Originally from upstate New York, Jill has been a resident of Lake Havasu City since 1979.  She has been in the medical field for for over 20 years. She is responsible for managing business operations and ensuring our administration runs smoothly and efficiently.

Margie M.
Director of Finance


            Margie, an Arizona native, has lived in Lake Havasu City since the age of five. She has worked in medical administration for over nine years. Margie is responsible for overseeing the billing department to ensure accurate posting, processing, and verification that claims are completed in a timely manner. She also resolves any billing concerns with our patients.

Nicole P.
Billing Specialist


            Nicole worked in a large physical therapy clinic in California before relocating to Lake Havasu City to be closer to her family. Her responsibilities include preparing and submitting claims to various insurance companies, insurance follow-up, and helps to resolve any billing questions with our patients.

Coordinator           

            Originally from Southern California, Tracey moved to Lake Havasu City in 1995. She has over 15 years experience in various medical settings. Her responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, new patient registration, and maintaining synchronicity within the office to ensure our patients' complete satisfaction.

Office Assistant           

            Shirley has been a resident of Lake Havasu City since 2001. Previous employment has been in customer service in the telecommunications industry. Shirley assists our Coordinator with many duties at the front desk including scheduling, insurance verification, and new patient registration.
